Tax Compliance Assessment® - Federal & State - for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses

Each year, the IRS examines 1.4 million tax returns, the FTB examines 314,000+ tax returns, and the BOE makes 70,000 business inquiries.  This doesn't even include the EDD, counties, and cities.  So how does a law-abiding business owner appease all these tax enforcers?  The answer is to be proactive.  Simply having good intentions and hoping for the best is not enough.

Procedure and Fees

The assessment entails an on-site visit examining various aspects of the business, after which a grade report will be prepared, highlighting weak points and making recommendations and suggestions for future improvement.

We charge a fee of $1500 & up for the assessment, depending on the type of business. This can be seen by business owners as a worthwhile investment in the protection of their business.

The on-site visit will include, but is not limited to - an interview with the business owner, examining prior year tax returns, going over financial and payroll documentation, etc.
